The Real Estate Consumer Agency and Disclosure Act (RECAD) protects consumers by informing them of their rights and types of relationships available when working with a professionally licensed Alabama Realtor®. In accordance with RECAD and Alabama License Law, we have provided an online version of the information packet created by the Alabama Real Estate Commission.
We have also included a link to our Brokerage Services Disclosure. This is the exact form you will be provided by one of our real estate professionals. There is no committment or contract created when signing the disclosure! It is required of Alabama Realtors® to disclose this information to you at the earliest time possible, therefore we have posted the disclosure on the website.
