Moving down in elevation, you will find beautifully crafted homes on large wooded and seemingly oversized lots. Some neighborhoods place homes too close together or too big a home on too small a lot , but not Highland Lakes. The lots are sized large enough to accommodate the spacious floorplans found in the development. This slight detail may seem trivial to most, but attention to details such as these are what separates good neighborhoods from great neighborhoods!
One thing that makes Highland Lakes so appealing to such a large base of home shoppers is the diversity of home styles and floorplans. Just a short drive through the development will reveal the variety of architectural styles available. But what makes it all work is that none of the homes seem out of place. Yet in Highland Lakes, the diversity of home styles is like a fine spice complimenting the flavor of the community, not overpowering the flavor in the least.
Touring the interiors of the homes, you will notice the quality of craftsmanship. You'll be happy to note that attention to detail didn't stop with the lot size! Tile back-splashes, wood flooring, stacked stone fireplaces, pass trough fireplaces, and other amenities can be found in the homes for sale in Highland Lakes.
As you continue into the valley below the main entrance to Highland Lakes, you will start to discover new homes and new construction. Plans for the area include further expansion towards the rear entrance. We expect that homes in this portion of Highland Lakes will be built to the same level of quality, yet will not have the heavy price tag associated with other homes in the development.Highland Lakes, with it's quiet streets, executive homes, and beautiful landscape is a neighborhood that should be on every home shoppers list!
